2. Design Phase – Our designers create a concept, including mood boards, layouts, and renderings.

3. Feedback & Refinements – You review the design, provide feedback, and we adjust as needed.

4. Final Delivery – Receive your completed design, including layouts, shopping lists, and styling recommendations.

5. Execution & Project Management(Available in select packages) – We coordinate with your contractor or our trusted network of professionals to bring the design to life, ensuring a smooth execution process.

We offer three tiers of service:

• Basic (6 weeks) – Ideal for those who need foundational design guidance. Includes a mood board, a simple floor plan, and a curated shopping list.

• Premium (9 weeks) – A more detailed package, offering mood boards, a full floor plan, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• VIP (12 weeks) – Our most comprehensive package, featuring mood boards, multiple layout options, 3D renderings, custom furniture recommendations, styling assistance, and project management support.

If you’re not ready to commit to a full package or just need quick advice, we also offer a 2-hour virtual consultation to help answer your design questions and provide expert recommendations.

We’re available five days a week, and you can schedule meetings with your designer up to four times a week to review progress, discuss revisions, and ensure your vision is coming to life. Communication is done through email, video calls, and chat, depending on what works best for you.

Yes! To create an accurate and customized design, we’ll ask you to share photos, measurements, and any inspiration images. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the process if you need help.

Timelines vary based on the package:

• Basic: 6 weeks

• Premium: 9 weeks

• VIP: 12 weeks

Revisions and project management may extend the timeline slightly, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions:

Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee. Each proposal is signed off by you to keep tabs on each phase of the design!
